We also handle post-grant estate administration, with fees charged at an hourly rate depending on the experience of the solicitor handling your matter. Hourly rates range from £240.00 to £360.00 + VAT. For a simple estate, typical costs fall between £1,500.00 and £3,500.00 + VAT, depending on complexity and the number of assets or beneficiaries involved.
